He graduated from İstanbul University, Faculty of Business Administration in 1990. Metin Özdemir started his professional life at Kuveyt-Türk Finans Kurumu A.Ş. in 1992 and continued his career as a manager in the retail sector since 1996.
Özdemir was on duty as a Member of İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality Council between 2004-2014. From April 2012 to May 27, 2019, he served as the Member of the Board of Directors, Member of Remuneration Committee and associate member of Credit Committee at Ziraat Bankası. Özdemir, who has been a member of Ziraat Katılım Bankası Board of Directors since February 18th, 2015, was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Ziraat Katılım Bankası A.Ş. on June 12th, 2017. Özdemir, who was on duty in Board of Directors and the Remuneration Committee of our Bank, has also been serving as the Chairman of the Credit Committee since July 25th, 2017. He also serves as the President of Banks Association of Turkey and as the Chairman of the Board of Directors of ADFIMI.

He started his career in banking industry as an auditor at Egebank A.Ş. İn 1995. He served as Adana and Bursa Branch Manager in Family Finans Kurumu A.Ş. Between the years of 2001-2006. He joined Ziraat family in 2006 as Branch Manager of İzmir Corporate Branch in 2006, and served as Head of İzmir 1st Region, Assistant General Manager for Financial Analysis-Intelligence, Credit Monitoring and Tracking Gaziantep and Adana 2nd Regional Manager and Adana 1st Regional Manager, respectively. He has been serving as Executive Vice President for Corporate Banking of Ziraat Katılım Bankası A.Ş. since 01.04.2022.

He was born in Kahramanmaraş in 1973. He graduated from Hacettepe University, Faculty of Engineering, Department of Computer Engineering in 1995. In 1997, he started his banking career as a software developer at Anadolu Finans Kurumu. After serving as a systems analyst and software development service manager, he resumed his position as Software Development Manager of Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası A.Ş. in 2006.

He started his banking career at Ziraat Bank in 1999 as a Service Assistant. He served as Internal Controller between 2001-2008. Between 2008 and 2015, he worked as Agricultural, SME Commercial Marketing Director, Business Administration Department and Credits Allocation Manager.
He joined our Bank in May 2015 as the Head of the Operations Center Department. In April 2016, He was appointed as the Head of Corporate and Entrepreneurial Credits Allocation and Management 1 Department. He has been working as EVP of Credits Allocation and Management since 30.06.2021.

Since 2007, she worked in the Risk Management Center of Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası with the titles of Expert, Director and Manager, respectively, until 2015. She started to work as a Manager at Ziraat Bank on 03.02.2015 and took part in the establishment phase of Ziraat Katılım Bankası. On 23.06.2015, Ziraat Katılım Bankası A.Ş. She was appointed as the Head of Risk Management Department. As of 23.08.2017, She has been appointed as the Head of Credit Policy and Risk Liquidation Group, effective from 02.07.2021. She has been serving as Deputy General Manager of Credit Policies and Risk Liquidation since 01.04.2022.

He completed his master's degree in Istanbul University, Faculty of Social Sciences, Banking. He started his career at Türkiye Finans Katılım Bankası, Headquarters, Leasing Service in 2003.
Since 2005, he worked in different titles in Corporate Marketing at the Osmanbey, Beylikdüzü and İkitelli Branches of the same Bank in Istanbul. Between 2012 and 2015, He served as the Manager of Türkiye Finans Nişantaşı Branch. With the establishment of Ziraat Katılım Bankası in 2015, He continued to work as İkitelli Branch Manager. He worked as Head of Entrepreneurial Marketing Department in January 2016 and then Head of Corporate and Entrepreneurial Marketing 2 Department. He served as the Head of Branch Banking and Sales Management 2 Departments between 2019 and 2021. While serving as Head of Marketing Management Group, he was appointed Head of Retail Banking Group as of January 2022.
