He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Theology in 1998. Later, he did his Master's Degree in Islamic Law Science at Institute of Social Sciences of the same university in 2005.
He continues his PhD thesis studies in the field of Islamic Law at Marmara University. He also provides consultancy services in different interest-free financial institutions. He still continues his scientific and applied studies in the field of interest-free banking and insurance.
He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Theology in 2001. He did his master's degree at the Department of Islamic Law of the same university. In 2011, he completed his Doctorate at Selçuk University, Institute of Social Sciences.
Kızılkaya's studies are mostly concentrated on the fields of Islamic Law and Economics. In particular, Islamic Law History, Modernization and Fiqh, 19th Century Economic and Legal Transformations, Islamic Law Literature, Islamic Economy and Current Fiqh Problems are among his subjects of interest. Kızılkaya, has many studies published in various languages in the field of Islamic Law, and he is still working as a Faculty Member at the Department of Islamic Law at the Faculty of Theology at İstanbul University.
He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Theology in 1998. He completed his Master's Degree in Marmara University Islamic Law Department in 2000 and his Doctorate in 2007.
In 2003, he did his Master's Degree in the Department of Economic History of the same university. He is still working as a Faculty Member at İstanbul University Faculty of Theology, Department of Islamic Law.
