Based on the resolution taken at the Ordinary General Assembly of Ziraat Participation held on 25 March 2022, the Bank’s paid-in-capital was raised to TL 2,650,000,000 to be met from the Treasury, TL 900,000,000 in cash and this increase was registered on 18 April 2022.
